ping, traceroute: 怎樣幫助數據中心

ping 和 traceroute (在視窗是 tracert)是可以用來測試你的電腦和伺服器間的網路質素.

1. 為什麼數據中心要從用戶端的數據.
因為數據中心只能檢測由數據中心到用戶端的路徑. 但他們並不知道你是從那條路徑來的. 所以數據中心需要你提供的數據, 找出瓶頸或問題所在.

2. ping的作用
ping是用來測試網路的穩定. 測試時的封包越多越準確, 最少要100個. 以下是一個ping的測試結果:

XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX 的 Ping 統計資料:
    封包: 已傳送 = 53，已收到 = 53, 已遺失 = 0 (0% 遺失)，
大約的來回時間 (毫秒):
    最小值 = 17ms，最大值 = 692ms，平均 = 319ms

已遺失: 即丟包. 沒遺失當然是最好, 但少於1%的丟包, 對質素影響不大.
